Once upon a time there was a 11-year-old boy named Kiwi who loved music very much. One day, he decided that his dream would be to become the greatest musician in the world. So, he started buying and playing instruments everyday for six hours. Five days later, he was buying a flute and when he took it home he found that there was a special key and paper in it. Then message was: Find Woodwind Family. He obviously knew that the Woodwind family included Flute, Piccolo, Clarinet, Recorder, Bassoon, and Oboe. He was curious to see what would happen so he went to the music store and bought all the instruments in the Woodwind family. When he came home, he was very surprised to find the paper gone and replaced by a device that he had never seen before. There was only one button on the device and there was a note beside it saying that if he pressed the button, he would travel into another dimension that included magical things. He did not believe it at first, but he pressed the button anyways and now the device was gone. A door was in its place. He figured that the key should open the door, so he gave it a try. As he has expected, the door opened, and there was a song coming out of it. His curiosity brought him into that door and into a world called Musicland.
He could not believe his eyes when he saw what was in the world: Walking instruments, music note houses, and more strange things relating to music. He remembered his dream to become the best musician in the world, so he began his adventure in Musicland. He started with familiarizing with all the instruments in the world. He had learned that they were called Instruples and the houses were called housuments. He had a hard time knowing all the people in the world since all the same instrument type people was very similar to each other, but he still got all of them after two months. The next thing he did was to familiarize with the activities performed in the world, but all they said was sing, play, love music. He was actually very pleased to hear that answer and asked if he could join them learning all kinds of music. The Instruples happily accepted his request and before Kiwi knew, he was with them learning music for the whole day, everyday.
Kiwi began with the Brass family first, starting with the trumpet first. He learnt very fast, as fast as mastering one instrument a day. He went through the main types of Brass instruments in only six days, and went on a performance on stage. All of the Instruples in town were really proud of him and asked for a signature since he played really well and that he was the first person to be in the Musicland. As days passed by, he was still learning new instruments at a pace of one a day, but he had to review all the instruments once a week. It was harder than he thought, since there were so many.
After one year of living in Musicland, he was getting bored and wanted to go back to the real world. He had already mastered all of the instruments in the entire world so there was no point of living there anymore. He requested to go back to the real world. All the Instruples gathered up and watched the leader open up a door. All of the Instruples waved good bye, and a second later, Kiwi was back into his old home. He immediately went to the music store and bought all the instruments that he had learnt and begin to practice them at home everyday. He went into high school and took the music program and all the music teachers were very surprised by his skills, and they asked how did he acquire such good skills at the age of 12, but Kiwi just replied that he has been learning Music since the age of five. So, the teachers just taught him more advanced stuff.
Ten years later, he entered Harvard University and studied even more music. Even the Harvard music teacher was very surprised with his music skill, so his teacher gave him the chance to compete in a world-wide music contest. Kiwi had been waiting for that moment for so long. He quickly filled out the form the teacher had given him and hand it back to the teacher. The teacher submitted the form to the director of the event and a few days later, Kiwi was on the stage performing all kinds of instruments. The judges listened to all the performances and gave the final choice immediately: Kiwi had won. Kiwi was so happy that he nearly fainted on stage. His performance went viral, and he was awarded a medal for the best musician in the world. He wanted to go back to thank all the Instruples, but there was no way, since the door was long gone. Instead he wrote a letter and let it fly into space, hoping that they would receive it. To Be Continued…
